Happy Reunion Dinner 2010

HaHaHaHahHAHAPPY Chinese New Year !!

I'm just back from watching fireworks with my brother around Bintulu.

I started my day by going to the market for some grocery shopping with my parents and went for breakfast after that. Then, we came home and had some free time of our own before we started preparing for Reunion Dinner cooking at 3pm.

We decided to cook 8 dishes which symbolizes properity ... and the funny thing is ... we purposely waited until 8pm to start dinner ... and to add more "8" to the beginning of our dinner ... we purposely switch astro to channel 888 ! Adding all those "8", there is still 3 more "8" to go to make it a REAL "8" ... so i used my dad's com to draw 3 BIG red "8" using paint and left it open there in the sitting room ... !! HahahaahAHahAH !!

It was a delicious dinner ... we enjoyed and had champagne together after that ... It's the first time our family had our very own little reunion at home. Simple but warm .. =)

Chill ~ this is about my Fxxx University (the so called TOP private university in M'sia) Let me ask you just one question : How would you feel if you only had about 1 semester left to graduate and then your university suddenly went bankrupt and closed down ? The fact that you had spent almost 5 years at the University and financial wise you had spent more than RM60,000. Won't you go insane ? I definitely would !! This is not just hearsay ... how would you explain this ? The university is now president-less because the president was sacked for corruption as they realized that he used the university's fund to distribute it to his family members. Where Dreams Become Reality

I saw my Idol Blogger, Miao, post about dreams becoming reality. Then it HIT me. I've got to do something COOL and DARING before my youth ends ! If not ... I'm gonna regret being YOUNG !! This particular EVENT ... is gonna be the starting point. http://www.nescafe.com.my/kickstart/home.htm FYI, i signed up for it. I choosed from the 15 dreamjobs the 3 jobs : travel writer, travel guide and NGO worker. Definitely MY dreamjobs. Actually i wanted to try Celebrity PA and Wedding PLanner as well ... But i dun have the confidence in handling it yet. Hahaha .. NGO worker is my First priority. The next step is to send in a video of yourself telling the judges why you want that dreamjob and it's suppose to be OUTSTANDING. I'm cracking my head of what to record. After that, you will battle with other contestant in a 24 hour physical and mental challenge to be the one to get the dreamjob.
